Return | Exchange Policy

  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Please read this entire section BEFORE you send your item back to ensure the garment is eligible to be returned or exchanged.
  • We inspect all returned items using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility and reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.

    Standard Items

    Standard inventory that does not have any of your custom adjustment(s) are eligible for return or exchange, provided the guidelines below are followed.

    Custom/Made-to-Measure Items

    Custom/made-to-measure items, which include items with specific measurements you requested, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Because these items were made uniquely for you, we won't be able to resell these.

    Sale Items

    All Sale Items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

    Eligible Returns or Exchanges Policy

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    • The original tags are still attached, with the original locking cord.
    • The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
    • You must initiate the return or exchange by sending a return inquiry using the Contact form below.
    • Return the item to us, along with your packing slip or email order confirmation, within 30 days of original order date.
    • We deduct $9.99 for shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund.
    • Customers selecting an exchange will receive a courtesy return label.

        If your return/exchange is a gift you received, or international purchase, please include a note with your item(s) that includes the original order number, your name, shipping address, email address, and desired style, size, and color, and mail to:

        Damages and Issues

        Please inspect your garments upon receipt and contact us using the Contact form below within 7 days of delivery to you if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


        Refunds

        You will be notified once we have received and inspected your returned item, and will let you know if the refund or exchange was approved. If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

        If approved for an exchange, we will communicate with you to get the item exchanged. The shipping cost of the exchanged item will be charged to the original payment method on file.
