Because I largely cater to the Made-to-Order business model, I keep very small quantities on hand, which are typically for standard sizes. Every item is designed and handmade by me. The items I have on hand will ship in 3-5 business days.
However, because we are all quite unique, I offer Made-to-Order options where you can provide me your custom measurements and/or requests at no extra cost.
When checking out, you will be able to provide additional custom information in the Message Box. Custom options are available for the garments already designed as shown on the Mallory Bloom website.
Custom options can include the following:
• Your specific measurements (chest size adjustments are very common, for example)
• Cup size adjustments
• Inseam length adjustments
• Shoulder width adjustments
• Sleeve length adjustments
• Hip adjustments
As long as you see the fabric on the website, and I have it on hand still, I can change the fabric for you as well. Just ask for this option in the Message Box.
I personally follow up on all Made-to-Order and/or custom items to ensure that I have all I need to make that beautiful garment for you.
This will depend on demand.
Most of the items I make take between 2-6 hours. Due to volume, and because I personally and lovingly make all garments, I ask customers to understand that it may take up to two weeks to make and ship their order.
I’m a huge believer in communication and will notify you if there is a hold-up for some reason But I try really hard to mitigate any hold-ups because I know you are eager to see the beautiful garment that is made just for you.
Because your garment is made specially for you, it is very important that you look at my sizing chart and sizing information on the Measurement Guide page to determine the correct size.
If you fit somewhere in between these measurements, don’t worry! You can check out with the Custom Size option and provide your measurements or the adjustments you need as discussed above.

Because I hand-make all clothing, yes, I can make any size you need. Refer to the Measurement Guide and how to take your measurements.
Once you have submitted your order, I have limited time to make modifications because I usually begin working on a garment within 24 business hours. Therefore, please contact me via the Contact Page within 24 hours of placing your order if any modifications are needed.
If something is missing from your order, please contact me using the Contact Page and include your name, order number, and what product is missing.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for a reply.
Because each piece is handmade at time of order, and I look over each piece before it is packaged for you, damage or defective items will be a rare case. However, if there is a damaged garment, please contact me using the Contact Page and include your name, order number, and a description of the product that is damaged.
During the review process, you will be asked to provide pictures of the damaged item, and the tags must remain on the garment as originally attached. I’ll make every effort to correct this issue for you, which includes replacing the item if needed.
Please note that damaged items do not include:
• Items that have been ripped, torn, or come apart at the seams when trying the garment on.
• Holes made to items when opening package with scissors or another sharp object.
• Holes made by tearing off tags.

When you place an order on the website, your method of payment will be charged once your card details have been verified, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped.

Mallory Bloom ships to all 50 states. You will be provided a tracking number for each shipment.
Mallory Bloom ships internationally to Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
You will have the choice of various USPS shipping methods. Therefore, shipping times will vary depending on the service requested.
We ship orders Tuesday-Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays.
You will receive email communication(s) with any tracking information and shipping information relevant to your order.
If by chance a package is lost in transit, I am happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
Please report the lost package to the carrier before reaching out to me, as you will have the tracking number and they often are able to rectify the situation.
If you still haven’t made any headway once you’ve reached out to the carrier, please use the Contact Page to reach out to me for assistance.
For the small amount of standard inventory that is on-hand at the time of ordering, yes, these items can be returned as long as the original tags are still attached and the item shows no wear. A return poly-envelope will be included in your package for any items that are eligible for return. You must reach out to me within 7 business days of receipt to initiate the return, at which point you will receive a return label for the item(s). The returned items must be received within 10 days after shipping label receipt. Therefore, the total return period is 17 days.
With all other items customized and lovingly made just for you, these unfortunately cannot be returned and I cannot provide a refund for them. To help keep waste to a minimum, each garment is made only when it is ordered. If it isn’t ordered, it doesn’t get made. Therefore, returns for any customized items cannot be refunded.
However, I want to make sure you love your clothing. Please reach out to me on the Contact Page if you have any questions about your garment or you are unhappy with it. I do offer free alterations if possible on a case-by-case basis.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for a refund to show up on a credit card.
If it has been longer than 10 business days and you do not see the refund, please reach out to me via the Contact Page so I can help you figure out where the refund is.
